Pricing Policy   

Every purchase is final. After a purchase, tickets cannot be returned, transferred, or exchanged. Entry into any events requires the presentation of a government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID and the name on the ticket must match  Events held in the United States of America are 21+ events, while those held in Canada are 19+ events with some exceptions due to provincial age restrictions   

Liability Release 

By purchasing this ticket, you agree not to hold PartyScene and all parties involved in this transaction responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or injuries to persons or property. It is agreed upon herein that neither your purchase of tickets nor your participation in the events shall be interpreted as implying that the Promoter has assumed ownership, liability, or control over the events. FireworksThe display of fireworks is entirely up to the city’s and/or the event’s organizer’s discretion and is not guaranteed. If it is cancelled, we won’t be in charge of it or accountable. The captain will try to follow the route if there will be a confirmed fireworks display.

Purchase Guidelines 

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Date and time of the event are subject to change without warning. If the event is modified, a notification email will be sent. Party Scene has the sole and absolute right to reschedule the event, to provide a partial or full refund, to refuse to provide any refunds, or to do neither in the event that the purchased event must be completely cancelled due to any unforeseeable circumstances. Please be aware that the issuer’s decision in these circumstances will be considered final and binding. Be prepared to present the government-issued photo ID that you used to buy the tickets.

To enter the aforementioned event, the name on the ID must coincide with the name on the ticket. Indemnification By buying tickets for this event, ticket buyers consent to indemnify and hold harmless the event promoter, as well as the aforementioned entities’ officers, owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from or connected with compliance with this indemnity clause. The buyer of the ticket, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns hereby release, remise, and forever discharge the event promoter and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims or demands that the ticket-holder may now or in the future have against the event promoter, regardless of their legal standing.

Severability

The remainder of this Purchase Policy remains in full force and effect and will only be modified to the extent necessary to allow for the enforcement of the clause that requires modification and of the agreement as a whole. If any clause, aspect, part, or provision of this Purchase Policy is found to be null, void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable.

COVID Risk Assumption:

I understand that there is a risk of exposure to any communicable or infectious disease, including COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof) and SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that can cause COVID-19) in any public area where people are present. Extremely contagious COVID-19 is a communicable disease that can cause serious illness and even death. The risk of exposure to COVID-19 cannot be completely eliminated by precautions, and everyone is at risk. I understand that, even if I don’t feel sick or show any symptoms of illness, there is still a chance that I will infect others I come in contact with with COVID-19 or any other contagious or infectious disease. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, and death to myself or others, by taking part in the aforementioned event. I acknowledge that I am only participating at my own volition.
